Dr. Jin-Ming Lin is a professor at the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University. He was selected as CheungKung Scholar Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education, China in 2008. He is the fellow of Chinese Chemical Society and Royal Society of Chemistry. Prof. Lin has received about 30 academic awards for his contributions in microfluidics, chemiluminescence and separation science. His current research is focused on cell culture and analysis on microfluidics. He is the president of the Microfluidic System Branch of the Chinese Biophysical Society, the deputy director of the Committee of Analytical Chemistry of the Chinese Chemical Society, the vice chairman of the Micro-nano Fluidics Technology Branch in Chinese Micro and Nanotechnology Society, the executive director of the Chinese Association of Analysis and Testing, the Chief in Editor of Chemosensors, contributing editor of Trends in Analytical Chemistry, and Associate Editors of J. Pharm. Anal., Chinese Chemical Letters.
