REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:

Registration fees include participation in all scientific sessions, access to the exhibition area, admission to the opening ceremony, coffee breaks, and meals specified in the programme.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received on or before October 15, 2026, will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations received from October 15 through October 31, 2026, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

No refund will be provided for cancellations received on or after November 1, 2026.

ACCOMMODATION

The following list of hotels represents only a very small selection of the many accommodation options available near the conference venue in Wuhan. A wide range of accommodations at various price points can be found using popular booking services such as Booking.com and Trip.com. November is the peak tourism season in the Wuhan area and hotel availability may be limited. Participants are encouraged to secure accommodation as early as possible.
