Fan Yang is a Full Professor and Principal Investigator at Guangxi Medical University. He received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Analysis from Sun Yat-sen University in China and completed postdoctoral training at the State University of New York at Albany. He currently serves as Director of Guangxi Key Laboratory for Precision Drug Detection and Screening. His research focuses on the isolation and analysis of extracellular vesicles, and drug screening using organoids. He is a recipient of the Guangxi Distinguished Young Scientist Fund, Guangxi Bagui Scholar, Distinguished Expert of Guangxi, as well as the China Association for Instrumental Analysis Award and Guangxi Youth Science and Technology Award. He has been selected as the World’s Top 2% Scientists. His work has been published in Nature Biomedical Engineering, Nature Communications, Science Advances, and other leading journals. He also serves as a (Young) Editorial Board Member for multiple journals.
