In 1995, he obtained a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Nanjing University. Subsequently, he studied in Hong Kong, Switzerland, the United States and Japan. In August 2002, he returned to China and has been working at the Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University. Over the years, he has been engaged in research on new methods and technologies in drug analysis as well as new drug application projects for enterprises, and has published over 100 academic research papers.
