Prof. Fengguo Xu obtained his PhD in Pharmaceutical Analysis from China Pharmaceutical University in Nanjing, China, in 2008. Following this, he served as a Research Fellow in the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, from 2008 to 2012. Currently, he holds the position of Associate Dean at the Gradate School at China Pharmaceutical University and is the Deputy Director of the MOE Key Laboratory of Drug Quality. His research specializes in the development of mass spectrometry probes and the discovery of biomarkers. Prof. Xu has led Six projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and has co-authored over 90 peer-reviewed articles in journals such as Acta Pharm Sin B, Adv Sci, Nat Commun,Anal Chem, and Trends Anal Chem. He has also applied for 13 invention patents, with 8 having been granted.
