Mr Cheng Zhi Huang is a Professor of Southwest University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, PRC. He earned B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Southwest Normal University, Beijing Normal University, and Peking University, respectively. He served as a Visiting Researcher at Hitachi, Ltd. and conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Ottawa and the University of Tokyo. His research interests include resonance biomedical spectrometry, nanoassemblies of biomolecules. He has published more than 800 research and review papers such as in JACS, Angew Chem, ACS Nano, and Anal Chem etc, and authored 2 monographs (Green Development of Photoluminescent Carbon Dots, RSC, 2024; Elastic Light Scattering Spectrometry, Science Press, Chinese edition, 2016; De Gruyter-Science Press, English edition, 2019) and co-authored 4 books (including 10,000 Scientific Problems—Chemistry Volume, Science Press, 2009). He is the recipient of the Young Chemist Award of the Chinese Chemical Society, a First Prize from the Ministry of Education, a First Prize from the Chinese Analysis and Testing Association, and two First Prizes of Natural Science from Chongqing Municipality.
